Matt’s vision to launch a small LLC focused on purchasing single-family homes for long-term rental income while offering facility management consulting services to other property owners is now a reality. His plan is simple but ambitious: acquire a portfolio of well-maintained homes, leverage his decades of industry knowledge to increase their value, and provide tailored consulting to smaller property owners who lack his expertise.
